This program will provide the fundamentals for handling family law matters in New Jersey and qualifies for New Jersey Newly Admitted Attorney Family Law Practice credit. The program will cover areas including the causes of action for divorce, discovery, obtaining child support; spousal support, including methods for determining the amount and duration, obtaining modifications and reductions, and property distribution, including the difference between marital and separate property valuation,

Leif Nissen, Esq., Partner, Archer & Greiner, P.C. Throughout his career, Mr. Nissen has concentrated his practice in the area of family law. He has more than two decades of experience at both the trial and appellate levels addressing issues of dissolution of marriage, alimony, custody and parenting time, child support, equitable distribution of property, pre-divorce and post-judgment motion practice, premarital agreements, adoptions, civil union and domestic partnership agreements, and domestic violence.
