The Nuts and Bolts of Criminal Trial Preparation in New Jersey

This program is a fast-paced survey of the nuts and bolts of criminal practice from arraignment through sentencing. Seasoned criminal attorneys will cover the fundamentals of handling arraignments, status conferences, key pre-trial motions, trial preparation, trial, including handling expert witnesses, and sentencing. This program qualifies for New Jersey Newly Admitted attorney credit for criminal trial preparation.
