Introduction to Probate and Estate Administration

This program will discuss the probate process, including simple and solemn probate, the various forms of administration and the preparation of estate, inheritance and income tax returns, estate accountings and concluding the administration of the estate. Federal and New Jersey Estate and Inheritance Taxes will be presented and sample tax returns will be provided and discussed. Questions will be allowed at any time during the program. An outline and sample estate administration forms and tax returns will be provided.

Admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, and before the United States Tax Court, Mr. Bakarich is a member of the American, New Jersey State, New York State, Passaic County and Bergen County Bar Associations. He has been President of the Estate Planning Council of Bergen County and the Greater New Jersey Estate Planning Council, and has been selected as a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).
