William R. McLaughlin, Esq., has extensive experience in residential landlord-tenant issues. Before starting his own practice, Mr. McLaughlin served as managing attorney for the Federal Prisoner Reentry Clinic at Rutgers School of Law-Camden and as a staff attorney at South Jersey Legal Services.
