New and seasoned practitioners alike will benefit from this broad overview of landlord-tenant practice in New Jersey. New Jersey's two summary dispossession statutes will be covered in depth, along with applicable federal and local laws.
FACULTY:
William R. McLaughlin, Esq., a Rutgers School of Law- Camden graduate and currently an adjunct professor of law, was a member of the Rutgers Law Journal as well as an inaugural Marshall-Brennan Fellow. He subsequently has worked at South Jersey Legal Services, handling Landlord/Tenant disputes, and worked in both the public and private sectors in Philadelphia.
