The Nuts and Bolts of Criminal Trial Preparation in New Jersey

This program is a fast-paced survey of the nuts and bolts of criminal practice from arraignment through sentencing. Seasoned criminal attorneys will cover the fundamentals of handling arraignments, status conferences, key pre-trial motions, trial preparation, trial, including handling expert witnesses, and sentencing. This program qualifies for New Jersey Newly Admitted attorney credit for criminal trial preparation.
NJ CLE Information: This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 4.5 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 4.5 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in criminal trial law. This program also qualifies for NJ newly admitted CLE credit.
