Intellectual Property Law for Non-IP Lawyers

This program focuses on Intellectual Property Law for non-IP practitioners looking for a foundation in IP in order to identify IP issues in their practice or for establishing an Intellectual Property component to their practice, as well as any attorneys seeking an overview of this important practice area. Lawyers often consider Intellectual Property Law (copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets) the domain of specialized boutique firms, but aspects of this practice area can arise in other contexts or can readily be incorporated into other practice areas.
