FACULTY:
William R. McLaughlin, Esq. has extensive experience in residential landlord-tenant issues. Before starting his own practice, Mr. McLaughlin served as managing attorney for the Federal Prisoner Reentry Clinic at Rutgers School of Law-Camden and as a staff attorney at South Jersey Legal Services.
Kathrine R. Leach, Esq. founded Leach Law, LLC in October 2013, shortly after graduating from Rutgers University School of Law. She focuses her practice mainly on small business law, and commercial and residential real estate, including landlord tenant matters. Prior to founding Leach Law, LLC, Ms. Leach was chosen to be a member of the defense team in a multi-defendant federal criminal trial, where she provided litigation support to the lead attorneys.
