Ethical Issues in Criminal Cases

This meeting will be a panel discussion of challenging ethical issues that face criminal practitioners. It is an open meeting of the C. Willard Heckel Inn of Court at Rutgers Law School. Membership information and application available at https://law.rutgers.edu/heckel-inn-court and will also be available at the door. Registration fee can be applied toward dues.

NJ CLE Information: This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 2.5 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 2.5 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism, and 2.5 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in criminal trial law.
