Citizenship Rutgers: Pathways to Citizenship

Participants will learn how to assist individuals on the pathway to citizenship. This program will focus on the eligibility, law and process for legal permanent residents to apply for citizenship using the U.S. Citizenship Application Form N-400. Developed by immigration law practitioners, the program is intended to provide the essentials needed to conduct an eligibility review and provide legal advice on completing the Form N-400.

Topics include:

• Naturalization eligibility requirements
• Naturalization process and information required to complete Form N-400
• Attorney ethics and application assistance

NJ CLE Information: This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 2.5 hours of total CLE credit.
