Fundamentals of New Jersey Residential Real Estate Closings

This program will provide a primer on handling residential real estate closings in New Jersey. From attorney review to post-closing, attendees will gain a basic understanding of how to conduct a residential closing while avoiding some of the common pitfalls.
Faculty:EDNA Y. BAUGH, ESQ. is a founding member of Stephens & Baugh, LLC, in Maplewood, is also Assistant Director of Clinic Administration at Rutgers School of Law–Newark. Her practice focuses on real estate property tax appeals and real estate transactions. A 1983 graduate of Vermont Law School, she is a trustee of the Essex County Bar Association and vice chair of the ECBA Real Property Committee.

JOHN R. DUSINBERRE, ESQ. is a solo practitioner in Fairfield focusing on land use, community associations and real estate transactions. A 1974 graduate of Seton Hall School of Law, he is admitted to practice in New Jersey and has been the North Caldwell Planning Board attorney since 2003. A former Essex County Bar Association trustee, Dusinberre currently serves as chair of the ECBA Real Property Committee.

ANTHONY FLORIA-CALLORI, ESQ. is office counsel at Prestige Title Agency. He joined the agency in 2006 after receiving his J.D. from Seton Hall School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and focuses primarily on complex title review and commercial lending.
