In the legal profession, an attorney’s success depends upon their ability to cultivate and maintain professional relationships within their place of employment, in the greater legal community and with clients. This program will examine how today’s hybrid work environments have affected career and client development within the legal profession from a woman practitioner’s perspective. This program will also examine best practices, tools and resources that have been effective in supporting client development and career advancement of women in the legal profession.
