This program will explore the rapidly developing area of cyber crime, including key challenges, recent cases and the current legal and regulatory landscape. Topics include:
• how to prepare for and present a cyber-related case in court, including evidence issues and discussions of where and what evidence may be available in the “Cloud” and on the internet
• international challenges of investigating and prosecuting this cross-border crime
• benefits and barriers to public-private sector information sharing and coordination
