Rutgers Institute for Professional Education and Volunteer Lawyers for Justice present an overview of New Jersey divorce law. This program will focus on common court rules and procedures. The program is specifically geared towards attorneys who do not normally practice family law.
Topics will include:
• Overview of the divorce process
• Client interviews and preparation
• Timelines and court processes
• Pleadings
• Service
