Herbert D. Hinkle, Esq., founding partner of Hinkle, Fingles & Prior, P.C., has represented people with disabilities continuously since 1974. Mr. Hinkle is an adjunct professor at Rutgers School of Law-Camden and teaches Estate Planning and Estates & Trusts.

Adam Wilson, Esq., Hinkle, Fingles & Prior, P.C. Mr. Wilson specializes in disability law and counsels clients on a wide range of issues including special education, adult services, and estate planning.
