This program provides you with the fundamentals and resource materials that will help you with residential real estate closings in New Jersey from the unique perspectives of the buyer, seller, and title agent. In addition to providing you with the nuts and bolts, the speakers' goal is to help you to avoid making mistakes that may delay your closing at the last minute.
Topics include:
- Review of client representation
- Review of key clauses in a typical real estate contract
- Review of key provisions in a title report
- Review of the closing event
- Review of post-closing activities
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 4.5 hours of total CLE credit. This program also qualifies for NJ newly admitted CLE credit.
