Probate and Estate Administration: Preparing Applicable US and NJ Tax Returns

This program will discuss when US and NJ estate tax returns, NJ inheritance tax returns, US and NJ individual and fiduciary income tax returns and US gift tax returns are required in the administration of an estate. Sample estate and inheritance tax returns will be provided and discussed. Questions will be allowed at any time during the program.
NJ CLE Information: This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 2.6 hours of total CLE credit. This program also qualifies for 2.6 hours of credit for NJ basic estate administration for NJ newly admitted lawyers.
