This program provides an in-depth analysis of a commercial lease from a panel offering the perspectives of landlords, tenants, brokers and attorneys representing both landlords and tenants. Through a lively interactive format, the panel will explore common lease clauses and issues that arise, providing insight from each perspective as to the interests behind the positions each party may take toward the clause or issue and providing a better understanding of the available compromises with regard to the issues. Among the issues to be discussed will be tenant obligations, tenant restrictions and rights, landlord obligations, areas of mutual interest and additional common clauses.
