Handling Social Security Disability Appeals in Federal Courts

This program is an intensive and invaluable program for attorneys handling social security disability cases or wishing to expand into this field. Learn about when and whether to pursue an appeal from the Social Security Administration’s denial of a disability benefits application after administrative proceedings.
