Understanding and Navigating the Federal Sentencing Minefield

The program will provide an overview of the background and basic structure and rules of the United States Sentencing Guidelines and address the application of the Guidelines to situations common to federal practitioners. A number of applications of the Guidelines wukk be addressed in connection with financial and tax crimes and drug offenses, among others, through case studies and practice tips.

NJ CLE Information: This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 2.5 hours of total CLE credit.
