Rutgers Fourth Annual Corporate Compliance Institute will feature practitioners, current and former government officials, and business and legal scholars, who have broad and deep background and experience in corporate compliance. This year’s program includes expert panels on trending areas within compliance – including antitrust, immigration law, and trade sanctions – and on data governance, stewardship, and privacy. The Institute will also feature talks by Hui Chen, the former top compliance expert at the Department of Justice’s fraud section, and Eugene Soltes, Harvard Business School professor and author of “Why They Do It: Inside the Mind of the White-Collar Criminal.” In the afternoon, the Institute will feature focused break-out sessions on compliance in financial services and in healthcare. Throughout the day, attendees will have the chance to discuss their own experiences with other compliance officers, lawyers, academics, and other professionals.

NJ CLE Information: This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 6.6 hours of total CLE credit.
