This program discusses the history of sex in public accommodations law—a history essential to debates that rage today over gender and sexuality in public.
This program is co-sponsored by the Rutgers Center for Gender, Sexuality, Law and Policy (CGSLP), which facilitates interdisciplinary and publicly-engaged research, curricular, and programming initiatives in furtherance of gender- and sexuality-based equity in law and policy.
