This program will discuss the increased focus on the sustainability of global supply chains and address the questions: What is driving multinational corporations to enhance the social, human rights, and environmental performance of their supply chains? How are companies working to meet the (sometime conflicting) expectations of their various stakeholders, including investors, shareholders, employees, consumers, NGOs and government? And what norms are they developing to make global supply chains more sustainable?
This program is co-sponsored by the Rutgers Law School Center for Corporate Law and Governance (cclg.rutgers.edu) and Rutgers Institute for Professional Education (rutgerscle.com).
All guests are invited to stay for a reception that follows the presentation.
