This program covers the nuts and bolts of handling a DWI charge in Municipal Court, from the initial client interview through Post-Conviction Relief (PCR). You will hear an experienced Municipal Judge, Municipal Prosecutor, and Defense Attorney address both the legal, practical, and ethical considerations which arise in virtually every case. Hopefully, the insight provided will make both the less frequent DWI practitioner as well as their more seasoned counterpart a truly effective advocate in obtaining the best result possible for the client.
