This program provides an in-depth analysis of a sophisticated commercial lease from a panel offering the perspectives of landlords, tenants, brokers and attorneys. Through a lively interactive format, the panel will explore common lease clauses and issues that arise, providing insight from each perspective. Participants will gain a thorough understanding of common lease clauses and learn how to identify and address issues that affect the interests of both the landlord and the tenant. Registrants may email the CLE provider prior to the program with requests as to specific clauses to be covered during the program. Topics include:

• Landlord obligations, restrictions and rights
• Basic lease provision
• Physical aspects
• Areas of mutual interest
• Lease review checklist
NJ CLE Information: This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 5.0 hours of total CLE credit.
