Commercial Leasing: Understanding Common Clauses and Issues (videoconference)

This program provides an in-depth analysis of a sophisticated commercial lease from a panel offering the perspectives of landlords, tenants, brokers and attorneys. Through a lively interactive format, the panel will explore common lease clauses and issues that arise, providing insight from each perspective. Participants will gain a thorough understanding of common lease clauses and learn how to identify and address issues that affect the interests of both the landlord and the tenant. Registrants may email the CLE provider prior to the program with requests as to specific clauses to be covered during the program. Topics include:

This program will be videoconferenced in Camden from the live presentation in Newark using the “Holodeck“ classroom. No food or drinks permitted. This is not a webcast or online presentation. Limited seating available.
