Crime Victims' Rights

This program will discuss crime victims’ rights at all stages of the criminal justice process at both the state and federal level, including the privacy rights of victims, victims’ input in and access to prosecutorial decision making, and some of the emotional, psychological, and financial aspects of victimization.
