The suspension of campus events will remain in place this fall to ensure we do our part to limit opportunities for the COVID-19 virus to spread.
We are planning to offer webinars this fall. Stay tuned.
We have notified all spring/summer 2020 registrants and upon request will issue either a credit or full refund for those who paid in advance.
Changes to CLE Requirements:
The New Jersey Supreme Court suspended the attorneys' requirement of live classroom instruction for continuing legal education. Until further order of the Court, all twenty-four credit hours for the compliance period may be fulfilled through approved courses offered via live webcasts, webinars, and other alternative verifiable learning formats.
The New York State CLE Board changed newly admitted attorneys Skills CLE format requirements and permits participation by webconference, teleconference, and videoconference through June 30, 2020.
The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania extended the April 30 CLE compliance deadline to August 31. The Supreme Court order of April 15 temporarily waives the 6 credit limitation on distance learning credits an attorney may complete in a compliance period. Suspension of the distance learning cap will apply to 2020 CLE deadlines and the standard cap of six (6) hours earned through this delivery method will resume with 2021 annual compliance deadlines.
