Effective Depositions: Techniques and Strategies to Maximize Your Case

Effective depositions are critical to success in civil litigation. This program will offer practical techniques and strategies on taking and defending depositions in both the Federal and State Courts of New Jersey. Our faculty expert will provide guidance on what you need to know about deposition practice from the preliminary planning stages to the use of deposition testimony at trial. Topics include:
