The Supreme Court has faced increased scrutiny in the leadup to the opinion in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health which will decide the fate of Roe v. Wade. This program will be a roundtable discussion about reproductive rights, substantive due process, stare decisis, and the legacy of the Roberts' Court featuring Rutgers Law experts.
