Diversity and Bias in the Legal Profession

This program offers lawyers an opportunity to discuss important issues related to diversity, inclusion, and elimination of bias.
The interactive facilitator-led program explores realistic workplace situations and contemplates the issues, viewpoints, and ethical principles at play. Vignettes will be viewed as a group, and polling will be completed after the vignettes. Polling results will be presented for review and discussion.
