Redevelopment in New Jersey: 2019 Update and Current Issues

This program will examine current issues in redevelopment in New Jersey and issues related to redevelopment including those dealing with land use, condemnation/eminent domain, and the use of payments in lieu of taxes (PILOTs) and Tax Exemptions. The program will also track the practical effects of state court decisions from Gallenthin Realty Development, Inc. v. Borough of Paulsboro to 62-64 Main Street LLC, et al. v. City of Hackensack, as well as recent legislative changes to the Local Redevelopment and Housing Law and the new Land Bank Law.

NJ CLE Information: This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 2.0 hours of total CLE credit.
